One is not born with knowledge; with humility, and help from God, family and friends, Zulu Cariari kennel exists today due to them.

I thank straight from the heart to my parents Rafael A. Jiménez R. and Anna E. Barquero M., for nurturing a dream, for their patience, their economic support, and to intrust in me the love for animals. To my brother Henry and Jacobo, for laughing at my insanity and lending me a hand; I love you guys...

To the most respected kennels in Costa Rica, and in my opinion of Latinamerica; they shared their knowledge for a simple smile, and the benefit of the homeland; Carlos Achio Tacsan - Chiockmen Kennels (Miniature Pinschers and Dobermans), the brothers Luis Diego and Orlando Ching Cheng - Lord’s Kennels (Rottweilers); Hannelore Krugar Ortmanns - Vom Dackelhof kennels (Dachshunds Standard short hair); and Rodrigo Méndez Coto - Nambi Kennel(Pomeranians and Chihuahuas). For all of you, I raise my flag up high, with pride and arrogance, because Zulu Cariari is yours, as much as it is of Costa Rica.

To the top kennels of the world, who trusted a stranger, and now we are brothers, which opened their doors of experience, competition and taught me to breed for benefit of the dog and not of the pocket. To my top handlers, thanks for taking my dogs in your hands, and making of them grand champions, and excellent examples of pure breed dogs, I give you my respect, and especially to the following: Santiago Pinto you are a master; Ana Durán my partner in the relay; Luis Méndez; Rigo Méndez; Hannelore Krugar; and my awesome Daniela Recio, due to you all Zulu Cariari wins, and has a name, thank you so very much.

And to the most important of all, God almighty, who gave me my parents, brothers, friends from Costa Rica, and abroad, to Martin Paredes, my webmaster, and of course my beautiful dogs.
